Privacy notice

This notice explains how DataStatsHub uses information collected through the public DataStatsHub website and the Tennis@DASH Pro marketing page. It does not cover the signed-in Tennis@DASH player app, which will have separate in-app privacy information before wider player access.

Information we collect

We may receive information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, and message when you contact us. We also use Google Analytics, only when you accept it, to understand public-site use. This may include pages viewed, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location, and referral source.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, improve the website and our services, understand aggregate visitor activity, and protect the website.

Analytics choices

You can accept or decline Google Analytics when visiting the website. If you decline, Analytics will not be loaded. You can change browser storage or cookies later to reset this choice. Google provides an additional Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Sharing and service providers

We use service providers to operate the public website and to provide analytics. Google Analytics processes analytics information when you accept Analytics. We do not sell personal information.

Tennis@DASH player account deletion

Players can permanently delete their Tennis@DASH account inside the player app: open Profile, find the DASH account section, and select Delete my account. Alternatively, use the secure account-deletion page on this website. The player must type DELETE to confirm the action.

Once confirmed, the player's sign-in account, profile, saved player data, practice availability, practice requests, and practice messages are permanently deleted from the active application database. This action cannot be undone.
